Customer Service

At Finalta, we are dedicated to providing superior levels of customer service. We understand the individual requirements of our clients and realise the need for rapid and competent support. We take pride in the fact that our customer satisfaction scores are consistently excellent. 

 Our Customer Service Code is based on a set of principles including:

  • All clients will have a named Finalta employee as its main contact point.
  • Any queries from a client will be responded to within one working day of the contact being made.
  • Customer satisfaction is measured at the end of engagements. Results are analysed and presented to the Board of Finalta every three months.
