EFMA The European Financial Management & Marketing Association is a not-for-profit association with a membership uniquely composed of banking and financial services organisations in Europe. 

Through meetings and open exchange of information, EFMA facilitates dialogue and collaboration among its members, creating a forum for the recognition and study of best practice.

EFMA's members represent over two-thirds of the largest banking organisations in Europe. Finalta collaborates with EFMA to perform joint studies on subjects such as multichannel sales productivity, customer service, mass affluent banking and small business banking. Over 300 participants have now taken part in these studies, representing banks from nearly 40 European countries. These joint studies are shared with EFMA members and are showcased at EFMA events such as its annual Congress and Convention.

EFMA's board of directors include senior executives from organisations such as Santander, BNP Paribas Fortis, Lloyds Banking Group, Nordea, ING Group and Intesa Sanpaolo.

Our senior staff are regular speakers at EFMA events.

Equiteam is a specialised Italian-based consulting firm focused on the financial services sector. It works with banks, insurers, asset managers and other financial organisations on issues related to performance improvement, stakeholder management and sustainable growth.

A Finalta-Equiteam joint venture was established in 2004 to combine Finalta's international benchmarking and best practice expertise with Equiteam's experience in the Italian financial services sector.
