About the role
Finalta is recruiting bright, highly motivated graduates, who are excited by a steep learning curve and want to develop a career in financial services consulting.
Associate Analyst is Finalta's graduate role. Within a few days of joining Finalta, you will join one of our ongoing projects. As the most junior team member, you will be supporting Senior Analysts and Consultants in the delivery of Finalta’s benchmarking projects. Our review process is geared to recognise individual performance and as you develop your skills, you can expect to take on more responsibility and achieve promotion.
As an Associate Analyst you can expect to be involved in the following areas:
- Analysing client data to provide inputs into our benchmarking projects.
- Preparing and structuring presentations, reports and other deliverables for your clients.
- Supporting day to day project management activities.
- Performing quantitative analysis to understand your client's performance and improvement opportunities.
- Completing strategic analysis to identify your client's strengths and weaknesses.
- Developing thought leadership materials, e.g. Finalta briefings or best practice case studies, with senior team support.
What we are looking for
Finalta is looking for ambitious and enthusiastic people to join us.
Analytical and problem solving skills are critical so you must have a numerate degree (economics, statistics, business, engineering, etc.) from a top tier university.
As well as superb analytical capabilities, you must have excellent writing and interpersonal skills. The role will involve working with and meeting our European clients. Currently Finalta is particularly interested in candidates who are fluent in Arabic, Spanish, or Portuguese. Excellent spoken and written English is essential.
All candidates must be eligible to work within the UK.
