We’ll let you know within two weeks whether you have been shortlisted for our first round.

Selected candidates are tested remotely on Excel and analytical writing in the first round of our interview process. These timed tests last 60 minutes each. We will agree a convenient time with you to complete each test.

Within a week you will have the results of the tests.  If we would like to progress your application, we will interview you by telephone to verify test results and discuss your CV profile.

Candidates successful in round one will be invited for second round interviews in London. These are opportunities for us to get to know you and for you to find out about us and to ask any further questions about the role.

Second round interviews are based on a formal case study. This simulation of a real Finalta client project allows you to demonstrate your analytical skills.  You will be provided with information about a fictitious Finalta client and asked to analyse the data and develop recommendations for presentation to the client. You will then present your findings to us. There is no specific preparation required for the case study as all the information you need is provided on the day. If your handling of the case study demonstrates the abilities we’re looking for, the final stage will be a face to face interview with a director.  This will probably take place a few days after the case study, though in some circumstances we may be able to schedule it on the same day.

At all stages of the recruitment process we aim to give feedback as quickly as possible. This will be within one week of your final interview.

If you are successful in both second round interviews, you will be offered a position at Finalta.  Once we have followed up references, your career at Finalta can begin.
