Russell Shore
Director
Russell is a Director of Finalta and is responsible for managing client relationships with a number of leading European financial organisations.
Before joining Finalta, Russell held a number of prominent positions in Barclays Retail Bank, and he provides deep industry insight into branch network sales productivity and affluent customer segment management.
As the National Sales and Service Director for Barclays Premier Banking, Russell was responsible for leading a team of 450 Relationship Managers. In this role, he rolled out a new customer proposition and fully integrated Premier into the branch distribution model, leading to significant growth in acquisition, productivity and income. Russell previously led the transformation of underachieving branches in central London as Director for Barclays’ largest area, and also held strategic roles within the online and self-service channels. Prior to joining Barclays, he was a Management Consultant in the retail banking team at Ernst and Young.
Russell graduated from Manchester University with a First Class BSc degree with Honours in Management Science with American Business Studies.
