Consultant, London-based with European travel

About the role

Finalta is recruiting Consultants with exceptional management, analytical and delivery skills. The position requires superb management and analytical capabilities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Design, development, collection and delivery of benchmarking studies
  • Line managing a team of analysts
  • Overseeing and constructing client deliverables
  • Managing key client relationships
  • Successfully developing new business
  • Leading key company improvement initiatives

What we are looking for

Finalta is looking for highly motivated, top performers with significant

experience within Financial Services consulting and/or retail banking.

Candidates must have analytical capabilities and knowledge of retail banking. They should be able to demonstrate relevant line, project and client management experience.

The successful candidate will have excellent commercial, analytical and consulting skills, report writing and project management capabilities, plus a customer service ethos and superb inter-personal skills.

Applicants should have a good degree from a top tier university and/or an MBA from a leading business school. Excellent verbal and written English is essential.

All candidates must be eligible to work within the UK.
